When we mention iflows in this document, we refer to iFlows Technologies SRL and its commercial activity.
2. Personally Identifiable Information
”Personally Identifiable Information” is information we can use to identify you as an individual. This includes your name, address, phone number, and any other information related to you personally. It is also known as ”personal data.”
iflows only collects personally identifiable information when the customer voluntarily provides it during the ordering process on our website or when contacting us using the contact form or subscribing to our newsletter.
All personal data is stored in our database and will not be shared or sold to third parties, except financial institutions, in cases where identity theft or fraud is suspected, and other state or international institutions when required by law.
3. Legality of Processing

If you wish to purchase our products or services, we require your first and last name, and if you own one, the company name and CUI. You must also provide your exact address (street, apartment number, city, province, country), email address, and phone number to contact you and deliver the ordered products. Processing this data is necessary to execute a contract in which you are a party or to take measures at your request before concluding a contract and to comply with a legal obligation.
On the other hand, your first and last name, company name, CUI, and address will be used to issue an invoice. This is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we hold your email address, your name, and your company's name. This mailing list is used to send updates and the latest announcements regarding iflows, iflows, new products, security updates, and other information that may be of interest to our clients.
